Lead how change happens at Cynergy Bank.

Join us as a Business Process Lead and take ownership of end-to-end process improvement across Cynergy Bank. This is a permanent opportunity to drive enterprise-wide change—identifying, redesigning and embedding smarter ways of working across the organisation, improving efficiency, strengthening controls, and enhancing customer outcomes.

What’s the opportunity?

This is a high-impact role for a process improvement leader who wants to do more than optimise at the margins.

You will lead structured process improvement across the Bank—working across IT, Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal and wider business functions to identify inefficiencies, redesign processes and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will operate at the heart of Transformation, partnering with senior stakeholders to reshape how work is delivered across the organisation. This is a role that combines strategic influence, hands-on delivery, and measurable impact—ideal for someone who can move confidently between analysis, design, stakeholder engagement and execution.

Salary: £80,000 – £110,000 depending on experience

Where You Will Work

You’ll enjoy hybrid working, with a minimum of 3 days per week in our London office and the remainder from home.

Why Join Us?

We know the best people want more than just a role. At Cynergy Bank, you’ll find:

  • Impact: Lead business-critical process improvement across the Bank, with clear links to strategic priorities and operational performance.
  • Scope: Influence how the organisation operates end-to-end across multiple functions.
  • Autonomy: Drive initiatives that deliver real gains in efficiency, control and customer outcomes.
  • Credibility: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on process improvement and optimisation.
  • Progression: Shape and build process improvement capability across the Bank.
  • Rewards: Competitive salary, strong bonus potential, and enhanced benefits — including a day’s leave for your birthday.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
