The Position
About the role
As a Business Process Manager within General Accounting & Financial Integrity organisation you will be the expert in the dedicated area, e.g. a set of business processes, a methodology framework or another specific area of expertise within Business Process Management (BPM). You will collaborate with and support other BPM teams, supports the global value contribution by BPM to Roche.
Key responsibilities:
- Member of the wider BPM network, collaborates with members of this network and with stakeholders within and beyond General Accounting & Financial Integrity organisation.
- Supports governance boards across functions and within programs or projects.
- Owns global, cross-divisional state-of-the-art concepts, procedures, standards, processes, controls, etc. for the area of expertise.
- Responsible for or contributes to the implementation of the strategy in this area, owns and drives continuous improvement.
- Empowered decision maker for the area of expertise across divisions and in line with guardrails set for the overall area, especially by the Business Process Owner.
- Ensures or contributes to the development of relevant capabilities to evolve BPM as a core competency.
- Works independently within guidelines and policies, receives minimal guidance.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and provides functional guidance.

Who You Are:
- Deep expertise in managing business processes, methodology frameworks, or specialized areas within Business Process Management (BPM) within Accounting.
- Seasoned experience in SAP FICO.
- Proven track record of owning global, cross-divisional standards and procedures, while driving continuous improvement and implementing long-term strategy.
- Comfortable taking accountability and making cross-divisional decisions within established guardrails and strategic frameworks.
- Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to influence global stakeholders, support cross-functional governance boards, and contribute to a wider BPM network.
- Passionate about developing organizational capabilities, evolving BPM as a core competency, and providing functional guidance or mentorship to less experienced colleagues.
- Highly self-motivated individual who thrives on minimal guidance, works independently within corporate policies, and comfortably acts as a go-to resource for the team.
