Business Process Owner Sales - Securitas Technology Europe Location: Europe Role: Remote Role overview The European Sales Business Process Owner (BPO) is responsible for the definition and implementation of common best practices in the sales area for Securitas Technology Europe. The European BPO stays up to date on resent research and development that can improve quality and efficiency in the sales area and identifies tools and practices that can benefit our industry. The European BPO represents his/her area for Technology Europe in the Aurora Program and is the requirements owner. The European BPO coordinates a network of country level process owners in the area and works to identify and promote common best practice processes in all countries. The European BPO will drive and coordinate process improvement and process standardization and support and follow up the implementation of best practices when it comes to systems, tools, KPIs and processes in the Aurora program. Background With the bulk of Securitas Technology post-acquisition integration activities behind us, we have taken the next step in strengthening, modernizing and aligning the Technology operations across Europe with the launch of the Aurora Program in 2025. Aurora is a business transformation and system platform implementation program that will provide a common system platform as well as common best practice processes to all Technology markets. The system platform Aurora was established by taking a copy of North Star onto a separate environment dedicated for Technology. The first phase of Aurora is the re-design of the system to better support Technology’s current and required business needs. The European BPOs play a critical role in the re-design by being the owner of the business requirements that shape the system blueprint. The European BPOs will work intensely with the countries to facilitate implementation of the common processes. Tasks Responsible for the development of processes, tools & data in the area Define and drive process improvement and process standardization in the Aurora program Stay up to date on research and development of practices and tools that can benefit efficiency and quality in the area In collaboration with Finance, work continuously to improve structure & transparency as well as efficiency in the collection, analysis and utilization of data, KPIs and metrics for the area Own the requirements for the area on behalf of Technology Europe in Aurora Coordinate business requirements gathering and documentation Own the European level process definition, mapping & documentation Drive & prioritize requirements for the area vs the IT delivery organization Escalate critical design gaps/business risks/resource constraints for the area Perform UAT testing for common European functionality releases Support Aurora country implementation projects regarding the area Evaluate country requirements and align them to the common process template or enhance the common template as needed Support country level process mapping and process gap identification Support change management to align country ways of working to the common processes Support UAT testing in country implementation projects Establish and lead the country process owner network for the area Host recurring meetings with the process owner network Leverage the process owner network to identify and share best practices across the division Profile Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent 5 years of management or project management experience Change management/transformation experience in a cross-functional environment Experience from operational/sales processes and knowledge areas relevant for the area – e.g. sales and customer support Good knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) A good knowledge of MS CEP is desirable Ability to communicate in multiple languages desirable but good written and spoken English is essential Well-structured, analytical, curious and process driven Ability to coordinate and motivate a team particularly when not direct reports Solid experience from working with information systems (ERP such as Oracle, MS Dynamics, IFS, SAP or others) Experience from process and/or system requirements work is an advantage
