As we expand our projects and initiatives, we’re looking for a Business Projects Partner with a strong focus on communications to help drive the successful delivery of our initiatives and enhance our internal and external communications.
The Business Projects Partner will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, with an emphasis on ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. This role requires a unique blend of project management expertise and exceptional communication skills to maintain clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, and reporting, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, message alignment, and change management.
The role will be based at either our London, Castleford or Derby Offices, with visits to other CMS sites based Internationally.
Role Responsibilities
Change Management & Communication Strategy: Develop and implement communication strategies for projects, ensuring key messages are conveyed consistently and effectively. Guide teams through change management processes by developing and delivering clear communications that address concerns and drive engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Support, to ensure a cohesive approach to communication and project execution.

Progress & Status Reporting: Create and distribute regular project updates, including status reports, dashboards, and presentations, to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, risks, and roadblocks.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify and address project risks and issues proactively, ensuring stakeholders are aware of potential challenges and mitigation strategies.
Content Development for Communications:Draft and edit communication materials such as project updates, newsletters, emails, and other relevant content to maintain transparency and foster engagement.
Feedback Collection & Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine project processes, enhance communication methods, and continuously improve project delivery and engagement.
Additional Responsibilities
Weekly Reports
Submit bi-weekly report, to capture an update on progress updates, watchouts. Reports must be a fair balance of operational and tactical and should be supported by evidence, ideally data and observations.

Skills & Personal Attributes
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on stakeholder engagement or customer success.
Strong understanding of engagement best practices, with proven experience building and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms, and/ or willingness to quickly learn.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skills
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or Communications (e.g., CMP) is a plus.
Experience in change management and facilitation of cross-functional team collaboration.
Knowledge of engagement and feedback tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics).
Certification in Agile is highly desirable.
