Reports to: Programme Manager

Ready to help shape the future of Compass?

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Readiness Coordinator to support the rollout of a major enterprise-wide transformation programme across Compass Group UK & Ireland. Working as part of our Enterprise Change & Transformation team, you'll play a key role in ensuring colleagues are prepared, supported, and set up for success as new systems and ways of working are introduced across the business.

The Role

As a Business Readiness Coordinator, you'll work closely with Programme Managers and Change Leads to coordinate user onboarding, system access, readiness activities, and first-line support throughout programme deployments and go-live periods. You'll help ensure users have the right tools, permissions, guidance, and support needed to successfully adopt new operational processes.

  • Coordinating user onboarding and system access across key business platforms.
  • Supporting colleagues with system queries, access issues, and readiness activities during rollout and hypercare periods.
  • Maintaining deployment trackers, user records, and programme data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Providing administrative support including meeting coordination, minutes, documentation, and presentation preparation.
  • Supporting the distribution of training materials, user guides, and communications to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.

About You

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure, organisation, and support to large-scale business initiatives.

You'll Ideally Have

  • Experience in administration, project coordination, business support, or programme delivery.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence managing large volumes of data.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, along with experience using project tracking tools.
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to support and guide users through change.

Desirable Experience

  • Supporting transformation, change, or technology programmes.
  • User access management or basic IT support processes.
  • Experience within hospitality, retail, contract catering, or multi-site organisations.
  • Supporting training, onboarding, or user adoption activities.
