The Role
We are currently hiring for a Business Relationship Consultant in our London office to act as a key link between business stakeholders and Technology & Operations, ensuring business needs are clearly understood, prioritised, and effectively delivered through change initiatives and project activity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Stakeholder engagement: Build and manage strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted point of contact for Technology & Operations collaboration.
- Demand management: Capture, assess and prioritise business requests, ensuring each initiative is clearly defined, justified, and aligned to business needs.
- Delivery coordination: Work closely with development teams and project stakeholders to ensure work is delivered effectively and in line with agreed priorities.
- Change and project support: Support the end-to-end lifecycle from business case development through to project delivery and adoption across the business.
- Risk and relationship management: Identify risks and issues early, manage escalations, and influence stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes across multiple regions.

What We’re Looking For
- Extensive industry experience: Significant experience in Business Analysis or similar roles within Technology or Operations environments.
- Insurance market knowledge: Strong understanding of underwriting processes and commercial or specialty insurance environments.
- Stakeholder management expertise: Proven ability to influence, negotiate and engage stakeholders at all levels across global teams.
- Delivery and change capability: Experience working across project and change lifecycles, with a track record of supporting successful delivery outcomes.
- Analytical and communication skills: Strong analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication, combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
