The role

As a Business Relationship Manager, you'll play a central role in helping our Business Owners and their pubs thrive.

You'll build trusted relationships, understand each pub and the people behind it, and work alongside Business Owners to identify opportunities, overcome challenges and achieve their objectives.

Working across your pub portfolio, you'll:

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with Business Owners.
  • Coach, challenge and support Business Owners to grow sales, improve profitability and build sustainable businesses.
  • Develop practical business plans and review progress against agreed goals.
  • Have commercially focused conversations around sales, profit, rent and market information.
  • Identify investment opportunities and work closely with our Property, Finance, Marketing and other specialist teams to deliver the right support.
  • Act as a positive and trusted ambassador for Everards, protecting and enhancing our reputation.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong commercial experience in pubs, hospitality, retail or another customer-focused multi-site environment
  • Builds credibility and trusted relationships quickly.
  • Can interpret business information and turn insight into action.
  • Enjoys coaching, influencing and supporting others to succeed.
  • Thinks commercially while balancing the needs of the business and our Business Owners.
  • Is organised, resilient and comfortable managing a varied workload.
