About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager who can own the risk and control environment for our Telecom operations — someone who understands complex communication workflows, thrives in fast-moving settings, and knows how to keep high-volume, high-impact systems safe, compliant, and resilient.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, fincrime, compliance, and the wider risk teams to make sure our communication ecosystem stays robust as we scale.

What you'll be doing

  • Assessing and monitoring risks across Telecom communication flows and platform performance
  • Designing and improving scalable controls and processes for safe, compliant messaging
  • Collaborating with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and FinCrime to embed strong risk practices
  • Driving root-cause analyses and implementing sustainable fixes
  • Reporting and supporting key risk updates, audits, and assurance activities

What you'll need

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the financial industry
  • A solid understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to operational resilience and continuity planning
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Impeccable communication, deal-making, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for risk assessment, resilience, and continuity planning
