Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Sales Executive role based in Greater Manchester. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with health supplement manufacturers and related partners, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting Fenchem UK’s ingredient portfolio.

Daily activities include:

  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Conducting sales meetings and product presentations
  • Preparing quotations
  • Negotiating pricing and terms
  • Closing deals

The Business Sales Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes:

  • Monitoring market trends
  • Attending industry events where required
  • Providing feedback to support product and commercial strategy

  • Strong Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
  • Account Management and Customer Service skills to maintain relationships and provide responsive support.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in the nutrition, food ingredients, or health supplement industry is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software applications.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customers and events as needed.
  • Relevant education in business, sales, or a scientific field (e.g., nutrition, food science, chemistry) is an advantage.
