Business Sales Executive
Business Sales Executive – Fusion Jewellery Trade & Retail (Ouros Jewels Ltd)
About Us
Ouros Jewels Ltd is a fast-growing fine jewellery brand specialising in custom-made lab-grown diamond, natural diamond, and gemstone jewellery. With a global customer base and offices in the UK, USA, and India, we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding customer service.
We are seeking a motivated Business Sales Executive to join our London team and drive growth across B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Handle customer enquiries and deliver professional sales consultations
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets to contribute to business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Attend client meetings, trade exhibitions, and networking events as required
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate sales reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Support the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns

Requirements
Essential
- Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, or customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive attitude
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
