Role Description
The Business Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Leicester. The individual in this role will:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients

Day-to-day responsibilities include:


Get help with your application

- Developing relationships with decision-makers
- Understanding client needs
- Proposing suitable HR and Health & Safety solutions
The role also involves:
- Managing key accounts
- Maintaining regular contact with existing clients
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
The Business Sales Executive will also:
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Meet company KPIs and sales targets
- Accurately report activity and performance using the company’s CRM and reporting tools
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals.
- Solid Account Management skills, with experience in nurturing client relationships and maximizing account value.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to provide responsive support and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to deliver clear presentations and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B services, particularly HR or Health & Safety solutions, is beneficial.
- Ability to work toward targets, analyze sales performance, and use CRM software or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
- A relevant qualification in business, sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
