Business Sales Manager
Business Sales Manager – Sustainable Products (Distributor & National Accounts Focus)
About the Company
Our client is a leading UK manufacturer and distributor of sustainable, award-winning products, serving the Hospitality, Leisure, Foodservice, and Retail sectors. Their clients include major QSR brands, pub chains, stadiums, festivals, and sporting events, supplied through a trusted network of distributors.
Driven by innovation, they are transforming the packaging and disposables industry using revolutionary materials and cutting-edge technology. Sustainability lies at the core of their ethos, and they are committed to delivering bespoke, eco-conscious solutions tailored to modern market demands.
Following strong growth and product development, they are now seeking an experienced Business Sales Manager to manage and grow key relationships with distributor partners and national accounts in the south of England. (This includes accounts such as Bidfood and Alliance.)
The Role
You will take ownership of several high-profile distributor relationships, with responsibilities divided as follows:
- 60% Account Management – Managing relationships with wholesalers and distributors.
- 40% Business Development – Generating new opportunities at the end-user level.

Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributor sales teams to drive product adoption.
- Identifying growth opportunities within key partners and their clients.
- Supporting the roll-out of new sustainable product ranges.
- Reporting on account performance and contributing to strategic planning.
The Person
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable commercial professional with:
- Proven experience in managing high-spend accounts.
- A strong track record in the Hospitality/Foodservice sector.
- Experience with sustainable products or a genuine passion for eco-innovation.
- The ability to forge strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong organisation, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Creativity and flexibility in developing customer-focused solutions.
