We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our dedicated team covering Stoke on Trent and the surrounding area. Successful candidates have often included graduates holding a science-based, business management, or social science degree. Graduate Pest Control Technician
Responsibilities
During your initial 6-12 months, you will focus specifically on one area while providing vital support to customers:

- Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying risk levels.
- Swiftly clearing pest-related issues, including cleaning and evidence removal.
- Providing expert advice and hygiene recommendations for customers.
- Completing accurate reports after every visit to maintain records.
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional appearance.
Beyond the first year, available career paths include:
- Sales Surveyor
- Field Biologist
- Service Team Leader
- Key Account Manager

Requirements
- Minimum 2:2 degree in sciences/BSc related fields (or BA/HND in Business Management, Hospitality, or Tourism).
- Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Strong desire to work hard, enjoy everyday interactions with customers, and remain adaptable.
- Potential DBS check depending on role assignment.
