Graduate Pest Control Technician Role
You’ll begin as a Pest Control Technician, covering a specific geographic area for the first 6-12 months while receiving full support and training. After this period, you’ll be able to progress into one of the following roles:
Key Responsibilities
- Inspecting and assessing customer premises for pest risks
- Swiftly resolving pest issues through evidence removal & cleaning
- Providing expert advice on premises hygiene & pest prevention
- Completing accurate post-visit reports
- Delivering exceptional customer service in all interactions

Requirements
🎓 Qualifications
- Minimum 2.2 degree in a relevant field, including:
- Science/BSc-related
- Business Management
- Social Science, Hospitality, or Tourism
🚗 Driving Licence
- Full UK driving licence essential
💪 Attitude & Flexibility
- Enthusiastic problem-solver with customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to variable work patterns
- Willingness to work in Keswick, Cockermouth, Maryport, and Workington

- DBS check may be required depending on the role
