Are you looking for a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same?
Come and join us as we build a new ‘One Council’ centralised Business Services, with a vision to create efficient, effective and consistent business processes and administrative support. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Business Services Team for committed and flexible individuals to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Transport team.
You will work as part of a team and will be trained to cover all aspects of the administrative support required to be able to provide cover and meet the needs of the service.
What will I be doing:
- Providing high-quality administrative and operational support to the Transport function, ensuring services run efficiently and effectively.
- Supporting the day-to-day coordination of transport activities, helping to maintain smooth and reliable operations.

Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Excellent IT skills, which includes the use of Microsoft packages.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
