Join Our Team as a Business Services Assistant in the Investment Team (Grade 7)

Location: Matlock, Derbyshire / Hybrid Working

Working Time: Full‑time (37 hours) and part‑time opportunities available

Derbyshire Pension Fund is looking for enthusiastic, committed individuals to join our investments team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), managing investment assets of +£7.5bn on behalf of close to 100,000 members and +400 employers.

As a Business Services Assistant in the investments team, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality service, supporting the management of Derbyshire Pension Fund’s investments.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Strong numerical skills and excellent accuracy The ability to interpret and apply complex rules Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office A proactive approach and strong organisational skills The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team Great communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly

Experience working with LGPS or investments administration is desirable but not essential — we will provide training and support to help you succeed.
