To provide administrative support for Inspired corporate and Business Services functions liaising with both internal customers and external partners of Inspired. Key responsibilities in the areas of property/ facilities, insurance, health and safety, ESG and travel and expenses.

This is a full-time role based in Burton on Trent with potential for occasional home working.

Responsibilities

Travel & Expenses

  • Process new starters and leavers. Maintain user changes on third party portals.
  • Support users with T&E related ad-hoc enquiries.
  • Conduct monthly Travel and Expense Policy audits.
  • Collate monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Health, Safety and Environment

  • To work alongside the Business Services Team and outsourced Health and Safety Management Company, ensuring all correspondence relating to Health, Safety and Environment is swiftly processed in accordance with legislation and management instructions, including accident reporting.
  • To attend quarterly Health and Safety Meetings as required.

Property/ Facilities

  • Manage budget trackers and CAPEX reports for projects.
  • To assist the Property and Facilities Team by raising purchase order requests in the finance system.
  • Support the timely renewal of TV & Music licences for operational properties.

Insurance

  • Processing of insurance claims with Inspired broker for Employer Liability, Public Liability, Computer, Personal Accident and Travel and other policies as required.
  • Support the Business Services Executive with the annual insurance renewal data collection.

General Administration

  • Administrative support for the Business Services Team and other management as required.
  • To assist with any appropriate current or future operational and administrative projects that involve Business Services.
  • Support Business Service Executive with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives and related administrative tasks.
