The Role
About This Position
As a Business Strategy Consultant in our Supply Chain & Operations practice, you’ll assist clients in tackling their most pressing operational and supply chain challenges. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help design strategies, evaluate opportunities, and optimise organisations to enhance service, efficiency, resilience, and growth.
We’re seeking proven consultants or industry experts—whether from consulting, operations, or a blend of both—who are passionate about solving complex business problems and turning strategy into action.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic consulting engagements across supply chain and operations, driving performance improvement
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, growth paths, and operational efficiencies
- Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and transformation roadmaps
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align leadership and build cross-functional consensus
- Analyse operational, financial, and supply chain data to generate actionable, evidence-based insights
- Support the design of future operating models and organisational capabilities
- Create high-impact executive presentations and client-facing deliverables
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and delivery teams
- Contribute to proposal development, thought leadership, and team capability growth

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, industry, or a hybrid background
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in developing business cases, strategic recommendations, or transformation roadmaps
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively across complex organisations
- Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders
- Curiosity and a passion for solving intricate business challenges
