Abbey View Residential Family Assessment Centre

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £25,500–£28,500 per annum (dependent upon qualifications and experience)

Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Help build something exceptional from the very beginning.

Abbey View Residential Family Assessment Centre is an exciting new service developed by NurtureCare, an established provider with an excellent reputation for delivering compassionate, high-quality care and support.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and highly professional Business Support & Administration Coordinator to become part of our founding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new Residential Family Assessment Centre and play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the service. You will work closely with our Registered Manager and multidisciplinary team, ensuring that our administration, compliance and business functions operate efficiently so that our clinical and assessment staff can focus on achieving the very best outcomes for children and families.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent organisational skills and take pride in delivering exceptional administrative support, we would love to hear from you.

About The Role

As the Business Support & Administration Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for professionals, Local Authorities, families and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome while ensuring the efficient administration of Abbey View.

You will coordinate referrals, maintain confidential records, organise meetings, support recruitment, monitor compliance requirements and provide comprehensive business support to the Registered Manager and wider team.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to make a real contribution to a service that is dedicated to improving the lives of children and families.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
