Business Support Administrator
Swansea
Permanent, full time

Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for a varied role within a growing environmental business?
We're looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our Swansea team, providing essential support to our operational and technical functions. If you have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
More about the role:
- Maintain and update CRM systems, business databases, opportunity trackers and quote records ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Provide administrative support to operational teams, including processing job documentation, reports, invoices and customer information
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and training arrangements while maintaining employee training records
- Support the management of company assets, vehicles and plant by maintaining service schedules and associated documentation
- Assist with general office administration and contribute to the efficient day to day running of the department

Qualifications
About you:
- Previous experience in an administrative, business support or office based role
- Strong IT skills and confidence using business systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
- A proactive and positive team player who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting operational success
