Administrator | Accountancy Practice | London
Salary: Up to £32,000 + bonus
Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based with one optional WFH day per week
A well-established professional services firm is looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support senior team members and help keep the department running smoothly. This is a varied role combining traditional administration with the opportunity to work with digital systems and improve processes.

Key responsibilities:
- Diary and email management
- Preparing correspondence, reports and invoices
- Assisting with statutory filings (full training provided)
- Handling calls and client enquiries
- Maintaining digital records and filing systems
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
The ideal candidate will have:

- 1–2 years' administration experience, ideally within professional services
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems
