Administrator | Accountancy Practice | London

Salary: Up to £32,000 + bonus

Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based with one optional WFH day per week

A well-established professional services firm is looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support senior team members and help keep the department running smoothly. This is a varied role combining traditional administration with the opportunity to work with digital systems and improve processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary and email management
  • Preparing correspondence, reports and invoices
  • Assisting with statutory filings (full training provided)
  • Handling calls and client enquiries

  • 1–2 years' administration experience, ideally within professional services
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
