We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our business support processes run smoothly. You will manage information related to finance, staffing, and customers while providing excellent customer care. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to start their career in a supportive and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Information Management: Create, manage, and manipulate data related to finance and staffing.
- Financial Support: Process orders and assist with financial tasks.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise meetings, send invites, and take notes.
- Data Handling: Compile statistics and provide management information.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with staff and customers to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements
- Good literacy and numeracy skills (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Experience in providing business support in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage and manipulate data accurately.
