Business Support Administrator

Business Support Administrator (Part-Time, Fixed Term)

Salary: £25,583 - £26,403 per annum (pro rata) Location: Meadow House, Littleworth, NG18 2TB Work Pattern: Part-Time (15 hours/week) | Fixed Term (12 months) Working Arrangements: Hybrid Closing Date: 07 July 2026, 23:55 | Interview Date: 21 July 2026

Responsibilities

As a Business Support Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Meetings:
    • Organising and coordinating meetings (sending invites, taking minutes)
  • Data Management:
    • Creating and maintaining SharePoint lists for staffing and service requirements
  • Order Processing:
    • Handling orders efficiently and accurately
  • Customer Care:
    • Providing excellent support to clients and team members
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Performing a range of business support activities to ensure smooth operations

Essential Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

✔ A strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) ✔ Experience with SharePoint for data management ✔ Good numeracy skills for precise data input ✔ A commitment to confidentiality and GDPR compliance
