Job Title: Business Support Administrator
Are you customer-focused and excited about delivering an outstanding service? Do you have experience of working in a busy customer service environment in addition to exceptional communication skills?
We are looking for a professional and highly motivated Business Support Administrator to join our Facilities Directorate Support Services team. With experience of working in a busy office environment, you will have excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and IT skills, a flexible approach to work, and good attention to detail. As you will be working with a variety of colleagues, you will demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility and initiative in all areas of the role, with the ability to deal with varied tasks, juggle priorities, and deliver to tight timescales.

Responsibilities
- Handling car parking queries
- Booking and supporting meetings
- Financial administration
- Updating training records
- Providing a professional front desk service in the Facilities Directorate Building

Job Details
- Location: Campus
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
