An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focused Business Support Administrator to join a busy support team. This varied role combines administration, customer service, and order processing, ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from purchase through to delivery and after-sales support. Full training is provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a growing business.

Hours: 36.25 hours per week, worked over 5 days (including at least 1 weekend day) per month

Responsibilities of the Business Support Administrator

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Process customer orders, purchase invoices, and maintain accurate records using internal systems.
  • Monitor stock levels, supplier lead times, and product information to support efficient order fulfilment.
  • Manage customer returns, exchanges, and order queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements of the Business Support Administrator

  • Previous administration experience is essential.
  • Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Confident using IT systems, with experience of online order processing or Shopify advantageous but not essential.
