Business Support Administrator – Assurance
Join Lucideon CICS Ltd! as a Business Support Administrator – Assurance in our team of experts delivering verification and certification services to clients across various industries.
This role supports both Lucideon CICS Ltd and Lucideon CICS Ireland Ltd, providing structured administrative backing to keep our processes, records, and client documentation at the highest possible standard.

Job Purpose
The **Business Support Administrator – ** Assurance provides critical administrative support for the Certification and Verification teams, with a dual focus:
- Supporting client and auditor operations through documentation control
- Enabling auditors to focus on key activities without administrative bottlenecks
- Ensuring ensuring certification credentials, compliance, and verification statuses are accurate, complete, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
Certification Administration

Audit Project Coordination:
- Review schedules and update business databases with site visit dates and deadlines
- Track client submissions (submitted reports, corrective actions, auditor feedback)

Client Documentation Lifecycle:
- Receive, store, monitor Visit Reports, Correction Plans, and Auditor Confirmations
- Maintain certificate status records, ensuring renewals/reissues on target with no gaps
- Process months’ worth of test results administratively:
- Verify against client orders
- Cross-check report readings
- Update results in the system
- Prepare and issue final documentation

Licensing & Compliance Updates:
- Complete annual Product Conformity Licence reviews

Training Support:
- Organise logistics including booking rooms, refreshments, and diplomatic event halls
- Ensure courses lists and itineraries match attendee confirmations
- Compile and distribute training materials and course packs
- Issue certificates upon course completion
Verification Project Support

- Review, store, and maintain **client report and statement packs**- Final QC checks of Verification Reports and Opinions before issue
General Business Administration

Manage datasets in specialist systems, including:
- OMnet (perhaps for order/update tracking)
- SharePoint (for team/process documentation)
- Accreditation Bodies’ portals
- Competent Authority portals

Internal Training Documentation:
- Support content creation for new processes
- Maintain records of compliance and practice guidance

Supply Support to Team:
- Handle ad-hoc requests ensuring timely Triple C compliance (Consistent, Clear, Corroborated)
Qualifications & Experience
Formal: Primary requirements for the job’s exacting compliance needs:

GCSE English (Grade 5/C or above): For report writing and client communication

GCSE Maths (Grade 4/C or above): For numerical accuracy in results processing

Undescribed designation but an administration, support or aptitude qualification (desirable)
Experience: Must-have:
- Experience in administrative/frontline support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Advantageous:
- Database experience (training provided).

Permanent Post (not short-term tensest diversion)

- Office-based at: Stoke-on-Trent, Penkhull
- Standard operating hours: Monday–Friday
