Are you an enthusiastic individual looking to make a difference? We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join our friendly team from 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Contact Service, helping families in need. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to be part of something meaningful!
As a Business Support Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reception Duties: Welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls.
- Administrative Support: Assisting with clerical tasks and maintaining records.
- Data Management: Handling confidential information in line with GDPR.
- Financial Processes: Supporting financial tasks such as processing orders and reconciling accounts.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
