Business Support Administrator – Off-Site Engineering

WGM Engineering, part of RSK Group, is looking for a Business Support Administrator – Off-Site Engineering to join our Off-Site Engineering team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Based across our Newbridge and Livingston locations, you will provide practical day-to-day administrative support to our fabrication and assembly operations, helping ensure information, systems and team activity are coordinated accurately and efficiently.

Reporting to the Head of Offsite Engineering you will work closely with colleagues across Off-Site Engineering and the wider WGM business. This is a varied role covering team administration, document control, timesheets, purchase orders, meetings, travel arrangements, internal communications and reception support.

WGM is entering a significant period of growth, supported by secured long-term frameworks across the UK water sector and a strong pipeline of essential infrastructure work. We combine the close working relationships and practical mindset of a specialist engineering business with the scale, stability and wider support of RSK Group.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy, hands-on team and play an important part in keeping our Off-Site Engineering operations organised, connected and running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing efficient administrative support across WGM’s Off-Site Engineering business stream.
  • Managing shared mailboxes and ensuring queries and actions are passed to the right people promptly.
  • Producing meeting minutes, correspondence, spreadsheets, records and reports.
  • Booking jobs onto internal systems and maintaining accurate project and operational information.
  • Coordinating timesheet input and resolving discrepancies across WGM’s time-recording and ERP systems.
  • Supporting the processing of purchase orders, invoices and related queries.
  • Maintaining electronic files, SharePoint records, document libraries and audit-ready information.
  • Arranging meetings, travel, accommodation and hospitality where required.
  • Supporting internal communications, events and promotional activity for Off-Site Engineering.
  • Welcoming visitors, answering calls and providing reception cover when needed.
  • Supporting the team with additional projects and administrative activity as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
