About the Role
At Nottinghamshire County Council, we are dedicated to serving our community with compassion and care. The Adult Care and Health Team is committed to delivering essential support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and physical disabilities.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to join our team—an entry-level role that offers a meaningful contribution to a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary tasks will include:
- Managing Meetings
- Organising and coordinating meetings, including sending invites and taking minutes
- Data Management
- Creating and maintaining SharePoint lists for staffing and service requirements
- Order Processing
- Handling orders efficiently and accurately
- Customer Care
- Providing excellent administrative support to clients and team members
- Administrative Support
- Performing various operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning

Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Technical Proficiency
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
- Experience with SharePoint for data management
- Good numeracy skills for precise data input
- Attentiveness to Policy
- Compliance with GDPR and maintaining strict confidentiality
