Business Support Administrator – Part-Time (Fixed Term) – Nottinghamshire County Council
Salary & Hours
£25,583 - £26,403 per annum (pro rata) Fixed Term | Part-Time | 20 hours per week Duration: 12 months | Office Based
Location: Gedling View, Church View (NG4 3HW)

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team from 2pm to 6pm (Monday to Friday) as a Business Support Administrator, providing essential support to our Contact Service for families in need.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something meaningful.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception Duties:
- Welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls.
- Administrative Support:
- Assisting with clerical tasks and maintaining records.
- Data Management:
- Handling confidential information in line with GDPR.
- Financial Processes:
- Supporting financial tasks such as processing orders and reconciling accounts.
- Team Collaboration:
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Experience & Requirements
To succeed, you should have:
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong grammar and literacy skills.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
