About the Role
At Nottinghamshire County Council, we prioritise community care with compassion and dedication. Our Adult Care and Health Team delivers vital support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and physical disabilities.
We are seeking a Business Support Administrator for an entry-level role within this team—where passion and teamwork make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
As the Business Support Administrator, your work will include:
- Meeting Management
- Organising and coordinating meetings
- Distributing invitations and recording meeting notes

- Creating and maintaining SharePoint lists for staffing and service records

- Efficient and accurate handling of orders and paperwork

- Providing high-quality support to clients and colleagues

- Completing business duties to ensure smooth operations across the team
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with SharePoint for data management
- Strong numeracy skills with attention to detail
- Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to GDPR guidelines
