Job Purpose
To assist in the day-to-day operations of the Business Support team by accurately inputting, processing, and validating TMHCC Policy Underwriting data.
This position is an excellent entry-level opportunity within the insurance industry, ideal for:
- Students or early-career professionals eager to learn.
- Candidates building on existing office or administration experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain allocated incoming work tasks accurately and timely, adhering to company service standards.
- Identify, prioritise, and resolve high-priority work efficiently.
- Liaise with Underwriters, Underwriting Assistants, and internal/external colleagues:
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy while swiftly resolving queries.
- Actively participate in both local and UK-wide TMHCC office meetings, as required.

Requirements & Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Willingness to study towards relevant insurance qualifications.
