Fixed Term, Part Time (20 hours/week, Monday–Friday 2pm–6pm)
Salary: £25,583–£26,403 per annum (pro rata) Location: Gedling View, Church View, NG4 3HW Duration: 12 months Work Pattern: Office-based

About the Role
Nottinghamshire County Council is dedicated to supporting families, individuals, and communities across Nottinghamshire with compassion and commitment. As a Business Support Administrator, you’ll provide essential support to our Contact Service in a role that makes a meaningful difference.
The role requires office-based work and is open to candidates eager to contribute to a collaborative, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:
- Welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls efficiently.

Administrative Support:
- Assisting with clerical tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth operations.

- Handling confidential information in strict adherence to GDPR regulations.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email).
- Strong grammar, literacy, and communication skills.
