Summary
Looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? Join the assets team as a Business Support Administrator and play a key role in helping us maintain and improve homes and communities across Wales. Working at the heart of a busy, customer-focused team, you'll coordinate essential processes, manage property data, support contractors and suppliers, and help ensure our asset management services run smoothly. Overview
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity, working 37 hours per week covering maternity leave until July 2027. We offer agile working, with a blend of home and office-based working that provides flexibility while supporting collaboration, wellbeing, and a healthy work-life balance. You'll have the opportunity to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive team and wider organisation. You'll become part of a supportive and customer-focused team where your contribution will help ensure the smooth delivery of services that make a real difference to our homes, customers, and communities.

Skills And Experience Needed
We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual with experience of providing effective administrative and service support within a busy office environment. You'll be confident managing a varied workload, prioritising tasks effectively, and ensuring a high level of accuracy in everything you do.
- Experience of working with both internal and external customers and stakeholders, building positive working relationships, and delivering a professional, responsive service.
- Comfortable using a range of IT systems and have experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook in an office-based environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are key to success in this role.

- £25,877.80 per annum
- 26 days holiday, pro rata entitlement plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service.
