Business Support Assistant
Contract: Permanent
Location: Skelmersdale
At Müller Milk & Ingredients, we’re passionate about delivering quality products and supporting our teams to perform at their best. As a Business Support Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping site operations running smoothly while helping to drive continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing third party supplier invoicing and agency timesheet processes
- Coordinating site hospitality and supporting people processes
- Supporting stock control and ordering site sundry items
- Delivering site inductions and supporting onboarding activities
- Maintaining Q Pulse database and supporting site communications
- Collating and distributing weekly and monthly wage information
- Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting operational excellence projects

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively
- Confidence in using systems and handling data accurately
- Someone who looks for ways to improve processes and reduce waste
- Willingness to learn, adapt and embrace change
- Awareness of health and safety and the impact of your work on site performance
