The Opportunity:
Due to exciting company growth, our client is expanding their Business Support Team and looking for a motivated individual to serve as the vital first point of contact for their workforce and customers.
Whether you are looking to launch your career in a professional office environment or you’re an experienced coordinator, our client provides the perfect platform. Here, your contributions will directly impact the daily operations and success.
Your Impact
As a Business Support Administrator your day will be varied, fast-paced, and rewarding:
- Deliver Customer Excellence: Act as the first point of contact for resolving queries via phone and email with a professional touch.
- Bridge the Gap: Ensuring complex issues reach the right specialist teams (IT, Finance, or Sales) seamlessly.
- System Ownership: Manage core platforms, including updating our school meal ordering systems and maintaining database accuracy.
- Drive Improvement: Help us work smarter. You’ll identify ways to make our systems more efficient as our team evolves.
- Core Support: Handle the essential administrative tasks.
