About The Role

Job Description

Knight Frank is looking to recruit a Business Support Coordinator to join our London Lettings department, supporting our Richmond and Wimbledon offices.

The Role

The London Residential Lettings division is seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Coordinator to provide front-of-house support and assist the teams in Richmond and Wimbledon, as well as the wider London office network.

You will report into the Lead Operations Manager for Lettings, with day-to-day input from the Office Heads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, offering refreshments and handling general enquiries
  • Answer incoming sales and lettings calls, take messages and provide general support
  • Manage, label and organise property keys
  • Maintain a tidy office and reception area, including preparing the boardroom for meetings
  • Support marketing activity, including mailers, brochures, window cards and pitch materials
  • Arrange and upload EPCs, photographs and floorplans, and update property listings
  • Provide property information for regional publications and marketing campaigns, ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Assist with property listings by creating records, ordering Land Registry checks and registering new instructions
  • Generate sales invoices, template letters and forms in line with best-practice procedures
  • Support client due diligence, anti-money laundering processes and correct naming conventions
  • Assist with tenancy administration, KYC checks and compliance audits
  • Prepare office reports and meeting documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Key Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a business support, administrative or front-of-house role
  • Flexible, adaptable and collaborative approach
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong diary management
  • High standard of English grammar and spelling
