Business Support Facilitator – Severnside (Müller Milk & Ingredients)

About the Role

We are looking to recruit a Business Support Facilitator to join our Severnside department within the Müller Milk & Ingredients business.

The purpose of this role is to deliver value-added processes that support the site teams in meeting targets and continuously improving operational performance.

Salary: Competitive Contract: Full Time / Permanent Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday (9am–5pm – some minor flexibility) Location: Severnside


Responsibilities

  • Processing purchase orders and reconciling invoices
  • Ordering of uniforms, PPE, and cleaning supplies, including managing stock control and distribution (with some store work/lifting required)
  • Managing the staff shop and overseeing canteen areas
  • General office and facilities management, including coordinating hospitality when required
  • Supporting site people processes, including site access controls
  • Ensuring site communications are kept up to date, e.g., notice boards and info screens
  • Assisting in planning and delivery of site events
  • Deputising for colleagues during annual leave or absences
  • Assisting with delivery and maintenance of site inductions and induction processes

Requirements & Key Skills

  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner
  • Administration experience, with confidence in using Microsoft (MS) Office packages
  • Proven ability to collaborate as a team player
