Business Support Facilitator – Severnside (Müller Milk & Ingredients)
About the Role
We are looking to recruit a Business Support Facilitator to join our Severnside department within the Müller Milk & Ingredients business.
The purpose of this role is to deliver value-added processes that support the site teams in meeting targets and continuously improving operational performance.
Salary: Competitive Contract: Full Time / Permanent Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday (9am–5pm – some minor flexibility) Location: Severnside
Responsibilities
- Processing purchase orders and reconciling invoices
- Ordering of uniforms, PPE, and cleaning supplies, including managing stock control and distribution (with some store work/lifting required)
- Managing the staff shop and overseeing canteen areas
- General office and facilities management, including coordinating hospitality when required
- Supporting site people processes, including site access controls
- Ensuring site communications are kept up to date, e.g., notice boards and info screens
- Assisting in planning and delivery of site events
- Deputising for colleagues during annual leave or absences
- Assisting with delivery and maintenance of site inductions and induction processes

Requirements & Key Skills
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner
- Administration experience, with confidence in using Microsoft (MS) Office packages
- Proven ability to collaborate as a team player
- A high level of attention to detail essential
