Business Support & Facilities Co-ordinator

Location: Chipping Warden, Banbury

Job Purpose

We are seeking an organised Business Support & Facilities Co-ordinator. The role would suit someone with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude, who is organised, adaptable, and has a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, balancing remote work with required days in the office to manage on-site needs.

No previous experience is required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate building maintenance and third-party contractors.
  • Maintain a central log of all compliance certificates and ensure all are completed in a timely manner.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Ensure accident logs are maintained and filed appropriately.
  • Co-ordinate Health and Safety risk assessments and be the responsible person for the administration of Health and Safety documentation.
  • Work with our third-party Health and Safety provider to ensure we have all documentation needed.
  • Schedule and co-ordinate internal meetings and distribution of meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and distribute business KPIs daily.
  • Create and format PowerPoint presentations for leadership personnel.

Skills & Knowledge

  • An organised, methodical individual with a strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritise workload effectively, and work independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (An understanding of AI tools to assist with these applications would be advantageous).
  • Demonstrates a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and business information.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Own transport essential due to remote location of the office.
