Join Our Client as a Business Support Manager!

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Business Support Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied role combining business operations, facilities management, team leadership, and office support.

Key Details

  • Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Location: Outskirts of Newcastle City Centre - free parking available
  • Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager with day-to-day business operations.
  • Manage HR processes alongside external HR consultants.
  • Oversee relationships with IT providers and office systems.
  • Take responsibility for facilities management, including building maintenance, utilities, telecoms, contractors, and workplace services.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.
  • Support client account management and service delivery improvements.
  • Assist with Health & Safety and compliance activities.

  • Experience in business support, office management, operations, or facilities management.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience managing suppliers, contractors, and support services.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
