About The Team
Asset Finance at Ultimate Finance is built to keep deals moving. We provide tailored funding for hard assets such as vehicles, equipment and machinery – quickly, clearly and with support that stays close. Working side-by-side with brokers, customers and internal teams, we shape the right solution, deliver a strong customer experience, and apply smart risk controls and operational discipline to get deals completed smoothly and responsibly.

The role entails processing of new deals, ensuring the on-boarding process runs smoothly, efficiently and commercially. As a regular point of contact for clients, brokers and introducers, you will represent the business with confidence, clarity and professionalism, helping to create a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Working closely with colleagues across the wider team to ensure all aspects of the ‘New Business’ procedure are adhered to professionally. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work are essential.

Key responsibilities
- Provide a full and professional Asset Finance service to our clients, brokers and introducers.
- Process pay-outs of new deals.
- Be familiar with all aspects of the ‘New Business’ procedure for new and existing clients.
- Carry out the necessary verification for new clients and brokers.
- Initial risk assessment following verification. Should issues arise that cause concern, which may result in delays/ not wishing to proceed, resolve as applicable.
- Manage diary/workload to prioritise tasks in line with expectations.
- Accurately maintain clients/facilities on systems, constantly monitoring debtor records, trading styles and addresses on systems for accuracy.
- Liaise with the Asset Finance team to ensure that the highest levels of risk management and service are maintained.
- Assist the Ultimate Finance team, including management and Sales, where required.
