About the Role
One West is looking for a well-organised, proactive and customer-focused Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative support across our growing professional services business. If so, this role may be just for you.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking team, helping us deliver responsive, accurate and efficient services to internal colleagues, external clients and partner organisations.
The role will involve a varied range of business administration activity, including:
- Client liaison
- Financial management support
- Inbox monitoring
- Document production
- Data entry
- Maintaining service records
- Supporting meetings and events
- Routine reporting
- Ensuring enquiries are logged, progressed or escalated appropriately
You will play an important part in keeping our services organised, professional and consistent, while contributing to a positive customer experience.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- A good standard of literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and business administration systems
- Ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload
- Ability to work mostly independently
- Clear communication with a wide range of people
- Appropriate handling of confidential, personal and commercially sensitive information
