Salary £28,142 - £32,061 per annum | 37 hours per week | Permanent, Full time | County Hall | Preston, Lancashire
Are you passionate about supporting inclusive communities? Do you have strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality work?
We’re looking for an Inclusive Communities Business Support Officer to join our Community Engagement and Place-Based Working service, a role where you’ll support key programmes that promote inclusion and community cohesion across Lancashire.
About The Role
You’ll provide essential administrative, data, and project support to help deliver a range of inclusion and cohesion initiatives. Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you’ll coordinate meetings, manage data, support communications, and work closely with partners across the public and voluntary sectors.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Is organised, proactive, and detail-focused
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Can manage data accurately and use Microsoft Office confidently
- Is adaptable and able to work across multiple priorities

- Experience in administration or project support
- Strong data handling and organisational skills
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders
- A commitment to inclusion, equality, and teamwork
