Homes and Neighbourhoods manage over 21,000 council homes and the associated tenancies. The Business Support team provides administrative support, ensuring the efficient and timely execution of back-office processes and administration duties. The service also deals with the coordination and collation of information for Disrepairs and Subject Access Requests.

The Role

The Business Support Officer is a key role within the team, enabling the delivery of a high-quality service. You will need excellent attention to detail to be able to update records, extract relevant information, and ensure quality processing takes place.
