About The Role

Pay Details: Grade 4 - £25,989 - £26,403

Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37

Main Place of Work: The Alps

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organised Business Support Officer to join our team within the Environment & Housing Services Directorate, based at the Alps Depot.

This is a key administrative role supporting service delivery across a busy operational environment. You will play a vital part in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting continuous improvement.

  • Providing high-quality administrative and customer service support
  • Processing applications, registrations and associated documentation
  • Liaising with internal teams, enforcement services and external partners
  • Supporting fleet management systems, including telemetry and reporting
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting on data to improve services
  • Processing invoices and supporting financial administration
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face
  • Supporting operational projects and service improvements
