About The Role
Pay Details: Grade 4 - £25,989 - £26,403
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37
Main Place of Work: The Alps
Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Business Support Officer to join our team within the Environment & Housing Services Directorate, based at the Alps Depot.
This is a key administrative role supporting service delivery across a busy operational environment. You will play a vital part in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting continuous improvement.
- Providing high-quality administrative and customer service support
- Processing applications, registrations and associated documentation
- Liaising with internal teams, enforcement services and external partners
- Supporting fleet management systems, including telemetry and reporting
- Monitoring, analysing and reporting on data to improve services
- Processing invoices and supporting financial administration
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face
- Supporting operational projects and service improvements
