Business Support Officer

We are looking for a well-organised and reliable Business Support Officer to join our Children’s Services team. This role helps make sure services are safe, effective, and improving.

You will provide general administrative support to teams and services to contribute to the well-being and safeguarding of children, young people and families. Amongst your core responsibilities you will organise and support audits that check the quality of work across services.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate case audits and sample checks
  • Support meetings and keep clear records
  • Work with different teams and partners

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of children’s services (helpful but not essential)

Travel Requirement

The position has an occasional travel requirement to attend meetings or training.
