The role
Royal High School Bath, GDST is a vibrant, forward-thinking day and boarding school for girls aged 9–18 - a place where every girl is known, valued and empowered to thrive. We are looking for an organised, proactive and approachable Business Support Partner to join our busy team and play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our school.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will provide high-quality administrative support across the school, acting as a trusted point of contact for students, parents, staff, prospective families and visitors. You will help ensure that every interaction reflects the warm, welcoming and professional environment that makes Royal High special.
Working closely with colleagues across the school, you will support day-to-day operations, coordinate activities, manage information and provide excellent service to our community. From responding to enquiries and supporting events to assisting with administrative processes and ensuring effective communication, no two days will be the same.

About You
You will bring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload. You will be confident communicating with a wide range of people and will enjoy building positive relationships across the school community.
You will be professional, approachable and reliable, with the ability to prioritise effectively and remain calm when working in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues wherever needed are essential.
You will have experience of providing administrative support and using Microsoft Office systems, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience within an education setting would be advantageous, but above all we are looking for someone who is committed to delivering excellent service and contributing positively to our community.
