Are you an organised, approachable administrator who enjoys being at the heart of a busy, people-focused environment?
Join Royal High Bath in this varied and rewarding role as Business Support Partner, where your organisation, professionalism and friendly approach will help keep daily school life running smoothly.
You will often be one of the first people that pupils, parents, staff, visitors and prospective families meet, so this role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, building positive relationships and creating a great first impression. No two days will be the same. You will be a trusted point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, helping to create a warm and professional welcome at reception. Alongside this, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across the school, from managing enquiries, registers, emails, documents and records to helping staff access the information and resources they need.
You will also play a practical role in supporting pupil welfare, school events and trips, helping with arrangements, communications, room bookings, transport and paperwork where needed. The role will include supporting internal and external communications, such as notices, newsletters and promotional materials, as well as reprographics, ensuring printed and digital materials are produced accurately, on time and handled securely.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Throughout everything you do, you will work with care, discretion and professionalism, ensuring confidential information is managed appropriately and that safeguarding, GDPR and school procedures are followed. We are looking for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills and a calm, practical approach. You will be confident managing a varied workload, comfortable using Microsoft Office and able to work with tact and discretion. Experience in a school would be helpful, but it is not essential.
