About the Role

We are recruiting for Business Support roles based in Edinburgh, supporting our global seafood and supply assurance operations.

These roles involve operational support, working closely with technical, accreditation, and delivery teams, with regular interaction with international clients, auditors, and stakeholders.


Main Responsibilities

  • Coordination and support for audit and certification activity
  • Liaising with clients, auditors, and internal teams
  • Managing documentation, schedules, and operational data
  • Supporting delivery, reporting, and accreditation processes

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish—both written and spoken. This is essential due to the volume of work and client engagement across Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and confidence working across cultures.
  • Prior experience in certification, audit support, supply chain, or professional services is advantageous, though language capability remains the primary requirement.
