About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Specialist to join our Seafood team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth delivery of global seafood audit and certification services, supporting operational teams, auditors, and clients across multiple regions.

You will play a key role in coordinating activities, managing data and systems, and ensuring efficient administration across a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling and administration of seafood audits globally
  • Support onboarding and management of auditors and contractor documentation
  • Maintain accurate data within internal systems (CRM / operational platforms)
  • Assist with client communications, audit preparation, and reporting outputs
  • Monitor workflow pipelines to ensure timely delivery and invoicing
  • Support the team with document control, certification records, and compliance tracking
  • Provide general administrative support to Service Delivery and Technical teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience in administrative, operations, or business support roles
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a global environment
  • Confident working with systems and data (CRM experience beneficial)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across international teams
  • A proactive approach with a focus on delivery and problem-solving

Desirable

  • Experience in food, seafood, agriculture, or certification environments
  • Understanding of audit or compliance processes
  • Exposure to working with global contractor networks
